Who handles your data
The data controller is [legal name and VAT number of the controller, to be decided with Sharon]. For any question about your data you can write to [club email address, to be created].
What we collect
The name or nickname you give us, your Play Store email, whether your phone is Android, which games you want to try, the language of the page, that you stated you are at least 14, your consent and the date you signed up. We don't store your IP address with your sign up.
Why we collect it
To send you invites to the closed tests of our games on the Google Play Store and to write to you when there's a new game to try. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell it to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give with the checkbox in the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, and from then on we won't write to you.
Who sees it
Only us. The data sits on Cloudflare's servers in the European Union. Cloudflare hosts the site and works for us as a processor. When we invite you to a test your email goes into the tester list of the Google Play Console, because that's where Google sends the invite from. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
As long as you stay in the club. If you don't join any test for [24 months, to be confirmed], we delete your data. If you ask to leave, we delete it right away.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or get a copy, and you can withdraw your consent. If you think we handle it badly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Age
The club is for people aged 14 and over. In Italy, under 14 consent must come from a parent, so younger kids can't sign up on their own.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies or tracking tools from other companies. Your browser only remembers the language you picked, and that stays on your device.
